Be super careful about craigslist - make sure Craig or someone else is around, don't let them in the house - keep stuff in the garage for them to go through. If you don't care about $, check out freecycle.com and some second hand stores will give you money for it, too. Or go for the tax rebate instead at Goodwill if none of your friends want it.
