Sometimes I am amazed how God has blessed me...Both kids did GREAT on the plane trip to Texas. No crying, No fussing, just two happy kids sitting for 4 1/2 hours. They were coloring, reading, and having a great time reading the "southwest" magazine that had an or-ang-a-tang (couldn't figure out how to spell that) on the cover. We had so many compliments as people disembarked in Tampa (the plane stopped there, but we stayed on).
In Texas, Miley has had such a good time playing with another girl. Sammy has done so well taking care of Miley. Jackson and Christopher have also gotten along so well. I feel like I have had the morning off because the kids are playing so well together, that I can sit and have coffee and watch the news.
We had my Dad's famous Hamburgers on the grill for supper last night (no matter how many burgers I have had, never are they as good as Dad's). Of course the conversation turns to politics - one of my family's favorite topics. Liz and Dad are huge Obama fans, and I am disgruntled with both politicians. They are trying to convince me to vote Democratic. It is going to depend on who the candidates surround themselves with.
Sorry for no pics, but I forgot the camera at home. I will have to steal Mom's and Dad's to take pics.

Glad that you made it there safely and that you had a great flight! Way to go, Miley and Jackson!
PS. We missed you guys at AWANA last night- Had a great turnout of kids though! Puggles had 10 and Sparks had 25!!!! (Not to mention that all the other clubs had a ton too! We'll be glad to have you back next week!)
Sounds like you're having an awesome time! Wish you were there yesterday though...but I suppose that's selfish. :-) . Hope you continue to have a blast and the kids keep having lots of fun too!
